Services Provided
LIYAH GROUP provides digital strategy, web development, e-commerce solutions, mobile application development, brand systems, and business consulting. All services are delivered on a project or retainer basis, as defined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement
- Remaining balance is due upon project delivery or at agreed milestones
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project briefs and materials
- Respond to communications within 3 business days
- Obtain rights and licenses for any content provided to us
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. LIYAH GROUP retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality clause is explicitly agreed upon.
Revisions & Scope
- Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal
- Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately
- Scope creep beyond agreed deliverables will result in additional charges
Limitation of Liability
LIYAH GROUP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced and must be paid.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international business law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in the agreed jurisdiction.
Contractor Agreement

Independent Contractor Status
All individuals engaged by LIYAH GROUP are classified as independent contractors, not employees. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and professional equipment.
Scope of Work

- Compensation and payment schedule
- Communication requirements
Confidentiality
- Client identities, projects, and business information
- LIYAH GROUP’s proprietary methods and strategies

Intellectual Property Assignment
All work product created by contractors becomes the property of LIYAH GROUP upon full payment. Contractors may not reuse, resell, or publish client work without explicit written consent.
Non-Solicitation
During engagement and for 12 months thereafter, contractors agree not to directly solicit LIYAH GROUP clients they were introduced to through our engagements.
Payment to Contractors
- Compensation as defined in each Statement of Work
- Invoices submitted upon milestone completion
- Payment processed within 7–14 business days of approved deliverables
- Contractors solely responsible for declaring income and taxes
Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice. Compensation for work completed and approved prior to termination will be honored.
